WHAT IS THE ART WORLD?

The art world is a strange place. For something that has the power to inspire us, challenge us and change how we see the world, it can feel surprisingly invisible. What is it? Who does it belong to? How does it work? Who gets to participate, and who decides what matters?

Has creativity become the preserve of a few, something managed by institutions, controlled by gatekeepers and turned into commodities to be bought and sold? Is the art world empowering people to understand creativity, or has it become better at selling the products of creativity than sharing its value?

These are the questions we want to explore. Not because we believe art has lost its power, but because we believe in its extraordinary potential. Art can help us see differently, think independently, question what we take for granted and discover something about ourselves and the world around us.

THE CREATIVE ECO SYSTEM

is what happens when artists, patrons and audiences work together openly, honestly and visibly. By making their roles, intentions and relationships visible, we expose what is really happening, revealing how creativity, resources and human experience can work together to inspire the world.

It is a system where we move beyond consumption, manipulation and conditioning, and begin contributing to the world we want to create.
