Together they have developed pairings where rare vintages and expressive blends are matched with specific artworks. Every glass is chosen to echo the mood, colour, or theme of a piece, allowing guests to not just view the art but taste its story.
Art themed Live Music
Music has always been woven into Jai’s creative process. Many of his artworks were conceived with soundtracks in mind, working alongside professional musicians to translate colour and image into melody and rhythm.
At the curation, guests may encounter a violinist, pianist, harpist, or percussionist, each adding their voice to the art. From intimate acoustic performances to immersive soundscapes and spiritual sound baths, the music amplifies the art’s emotion, filling the space with a living soundtrack that deepens the encounter with each piece.

Flavours are layered to echo the textures of the art, while presentation is elevated to resemble miniature sculptures. Guests are invited not only to see and feel Jai’s creations but to savour them, turning the act of dining into a work of art.
Art Themed Sirits & Mixologist
For those drawn to spirits and cocktails, Jai introduces another playful dimension. Partnering with expert mixologists, bespoke drinks are designed to match the themes and atmospheres of his artworks.
Each cocktail is mixed live, often inspired by the reactions and ideas of the guests themselves. Whether it is a smoky blend to reflect a darker theme or a bright infusion to mirror a vibrant piece, the drinks add a creative spark to the evening.
